When will the flowers be delivered?
To be assured of same day delivery, orders must be placed before 9am on the same day.
For orders that are placed and paid after 9am, the order will be delivered the next day before 3pm.
If you wish to have the flowers delivered at a particular time and to a specific venue, please indicate in the note to seller during checkout or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why are your flowers more affordable than others?
We believe that flowers are not just for special occasions, it should be made affordable for everyone and a part of our daily life. Thus we do our best to keep the business costs low so that we can transfer all the savings to our valued customers.

What surcharges do you impose?
Goods & Services Tax (GST) - None
It is our company policy to absorb all GST charges.
Redelivery Fee - S$15.00
If you have made a mistake with the address and did not inform us prior to the delivery or in the event that the recipient is not around to receive the flowers, you have an option to redeliver the flowers at a charge of $15 the following day.
Charges for Restricted areas:
Kindly note that there will be additional delivery charges for the following restricted areas. An additional $10 will be charged. These surcharges are imposed due to the length of time required to gain access/security clearance into these areas.

Time specific deliveries
Our ability to make single local deliveries is on a case-by-case basis. Email us to check our availability to see if we are able to accommodate. As we are still a boutique company, we reserve the right to impose a delivery fee of $25 instead $15 for time specific deliveries due to the constraint of delivery personnel.
Once a payment is made, the order becomes strictly non-refundable. This is due to the perishable nature of the products.
How do I make the payment for the flowers that I have ordered?
We accept Visa/MasterCard credit card/Amex or PayPal.
What is product substitution?
Orders may not be identical to the arrangements pictured. We work with what is seasonally available and/or fresh daily, therefore colours and flowers will vary. The images are meant to convey style and feel. Please contact us directly for custom orders different from what you see or to find out what is on the shelves that day.
Can I Self-Collect?
If you wish to self-collect, please leave down your mobile number during checkout at “note to seller” and we will contact you with regard to the timing for collection.
If you have opted for self collection but did not turn up or is late for the collection for more than 20mins, you have to contact us again for a new meet up timing and a redelivery fee of S$ 15.00 will be incurred.
Your flowers are thirsty when they arrive so be sure to give them a big drink. Use lukewarm water because it provides more oxygen than cold water, helping the flowers last longer. To keep flowers fresh for longer change the water daily and when a bloom begins to fade remove it from the arrangement so you can continue to enjoy the rest. Vase life of a flower ranges from 4-9 days depending on how hardy the flower is.
